What is the Global CEO Summit?
The Global CEO Summit, or the GCS as it is also known, is UFI’s most exclusive event.
It serves as the exhibition industry's annual curtain raiser event for the most
senior executives worldwide.
Theme: Towards 2030
The pandemic is in the rearview mirror, as is our industry’s remarkable recovery. The initial thrill of “being back together” has faded, and we are facing familiar questions about the future, as well as a potentially new set of challenges: industry consolidation and its effects, decarbonization, new technologies (AI), and external regulations. All this against a changing geopolitical landscape
where old certainties erode.
The 2025 GCS will look ahead, aiming to address our industry’s main tasks between 2025 and 2030, blending leading industry voices with inputs and guidance from other sectors.

The GCS is an invitation-only conference for CEOs and equivalents from international exhibition organisers and venue operators.
