How to reach the Global CEO Summit venue

The GCS 2023 official hotel and conference venue is the Pestana Palace Hotel, a 19th century classified "National Monument" 
located in a residential area of Lisbon.
The international airport - Humberto Delgado Airport- is located 12.5 km away. 
Taxis can be found outside of the airport terminal. The journey by taxi should take around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.

Join us in room Lusitano II at the Old Stables, across the street from the Pestana Palace Hotel on Wednesday 1 February at 19:30.

Registration – Badges

Kindly note your event badge will be delivered directly to your hotel room at the Pestana Palace Hotel on Wednesday 1 February.

Badges can also be picked up
at the registration desk of the main conference room Belém from Thursday 2 February at 9:00.

The Global CEO Summit 2023 will take place in accordance with all the health & safety guidelines set out by the local authorities.

As of 1 July 2022, passengers entering national territory (including Azores and Madeira) are no longer required to present proof of a test with a negative result for COVID-19 or to present a COVID-EU digital certificate or vaccination or recovery certificate issued by third countries, with the exception of passengers arriving on flights from China, which from 7 January 2023, who will be subject to random, but mandatory, testing on arrival in Portugal.
