Your event badge will be delivered directly to your hotel room at the Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel on Wednesday, January 28. 

Alternatively, you can pick up your badge at the UFI registration desk in the conference room area on ground floor on Wednesday, January 28, at 7:30 PM or Thursday, January 29, from 8:30 AM.

🍴 Summit Dinner

Date and Time: January 29, 7:15 PM - 11:00 PM

As the local host of the UFI Global CEO Summit Dinner, VIECON – Vienna Congress & Convention Center – is pleased to invite participants to an exclusive evening at Vienna City Hall - Rathaus.
Set within one of the city’s most magnificent landmarks, this dinner offers a true taste of Viennese culture – elegant architecture, fine cuisine, and live music come together to create an unforgettable atmosphere. 

The Summit Dinner will be certified according to the Austrian Ecolabel guidelines for Green Meetings and Green Events. 

In the spirit of this certified green evening, our host VIECON will arrange privatised tramway transport to and from the dinner venue.

Departure at 7:15 PM from the Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel Lobby for the exclusive tram ride!

Dress Code: Business smart attire – business smart attire includes business wear such as jackets, trousers, skirts or dresses. Jeans and trainers are not suitable.

⛅ Weather

Vienna in the last week of January typically experiences full winter conditions, with cold temperatures ranging from around 0–5 °C during the day and often below freezing at night.
Precipitation is possible on several days, and daylight hours are short, giving the city a crisp, wintry atmosphere.
Warm clothing and appropriate footwear are therefore recommended, especially for any outdoor movements between venues.

How To Reach the Global CEO Summit Venue

The Global CEO Summit 2026 will take place the Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel
Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna Hotel is a 25-minute drive from Vienna International Airport, with u-bahn and tram stations just down the road. 

The 15-minute train from Vienna International Airport to Landstrassee departs every 30 minutes. 
It is then only two stops to Schottenring U.
  
Alternatively, you may take a taxi with a journey time of 25 minutes costing approximately 60 €.

The UFI Events app is the easiest way to stay informed about this year's event. Stay up to date with programming, sessions and social activities and view the event photos. 
Use it to make new connections and network with colleagues and industry peers. 

When you download the event app, follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address, the one you used to register for the event
2. You will then receive a code by email
3. Submit it in the dedicated box
4. Select the UFI Global CEO Summit event.
5. Enjoy!
