Attendance Criteria

Who can attend the UFI CEO Summit?

Participation at the Global CEO Summit is strictly limited to CEOs or equivalent (Chair, CEO, COO, CFO, Owner, Partner, Principal, President, Managing Director, Director General) of exhibition organizing companies or exhibition venues. This includes those with CEO equivalent responsibilities for a division within a firm.

Additional Information:

  • If within one company there are shared responsibilities equivalent to the CEO obligations, both persons may attend the Global CEO Summit.
  • Substitutions are not permitted unless approved by the organizers.
  • Participation may be refused at all times.

Registration Fees

Registration fees do not include travel and accommodation and are VAT excluded.

The reversed charge procedure is applied for European Union companies with a valid VAT number*.

*VAT invoicing rules:
VAT 20% - French VAT paid on issued invoice
VAT 0% - No EU VAT applies in accordance with art. 59 of the directive 2006/112/CE
VAT 0% - Provision of service art. 44 of the directive 2006/112/CE

Registration fees refer to the full package of the 
3-days onsite attendance at the UFI Global CEO Summit on 28-30 January 2026 in Vienna, Austria.

Fee includes:
All Conference Sessions
Welcome Reception on Wednesday, January 28
Networking Dinner on Thursday, January 29
Post-event access to sessions' recordings and presentations

Accompanying Person Registration

Accompanying Person is permitted to participate in the social activities of the Global CEO Summit and not in the sessions.

Payment Methods

Use the registration form to pay online with Amex, Visa or MasterCard.

Pay through an international bank transfer; details will be indicated on your invoice.

➡️ All fees must be paid before the event within 10 business days of submitting the registration form to secure registration.

➡️ Only participants with fully paid registration fees will be authorized to attend the conference.

Cancellation And No-Show Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to events@ufi.org

  • Cancellations made before or on 8 December 2025 will be fully refunded.
  • For any cancellations made on and after 9 December 2025, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
  • Any no-shows will be charged 100%.

Delegates who registered for the event but have not paid the registration fees at the time of the event expressly agree to pay the registration fees in full, even in the case of non-attendance.

French law n°92-1142 dated 31/12/92: payment upon receipt of invoice with no reduction for prepayment. A penalty of x1.5 the legal rate is applicable if payment is not made after 30 days.
