Who can attend the UFI CEO Summit?

Participation at the Global CEO Summit is strictly limited to CEOs or equivalent (Chairman, CEO, COO, CFO, Owner, Partner, Principal, President, Managing Director, Director General) of exhibition organizing companies or exhibition venues. This includes those with CEO equivalent responsibilities for a division within a firm.

Additional Information:

  • If within one company there are shared responsibilities equivalent to the CEO obligations, both persons may attend the Global CEO Summit.
  • Substitutions are not permitted unless approved by the organizers.
  • Participation may be refused at all times.


Registration fees do not include travel and accommodation and are VAT excluded.
The Global CEO Summit is an exclusive event where delegates enjoy coming together to network, learn and exchange and we place high value in holding an event that people can attend in person. We will therefore ensure that registration is risk-free and you will not be charged cancellation costs if you are obliged to cancel due to COVID-19. This includes any travel restrictions that may apply at the time of travel.

We are watching closely to see how the situation evolves in the months ahead, and may decide at a later date - with the Summit Co-Chairs - to introduce some digital features.

If you are obliged to cancel because of personal reasons or convenience, then the usual cancellation conditions will apply [see below*].

Any no-shows will be charged 100%.

*Registration fees for cancellations before or on 18 December 2021 are refundable.
After 18 December, there will be no refund, however, another person from the same organisation may come instead, as long as they fulfill the attendance criteria.
