- Jessica Ifker Delpirou is the Operating Partner at Serena Capital. She joined the Serena team as an Operating Partner in 2022 after holding the Managing Director position for BforBank, Crédit Agricole digital bank, and leading it through an ambitious transformation program.
Before BforBank, she worked for the likes of ING Direct, PayPal, and Meetic (Match Group) where she was the VP for Southern Europe & Benelux. Her background also includes Made.com, where she developed France and Spain from scratch. She is a graduate of HEC (Master of Business Administration - MBA, Marketing) and INSEAD (ExecutiveProgram, Business Administration and Management). Her main areas of expertise cover Branding, Digital Marketing and Growth, Operations and International expansion, and scaling businesses and teams.
She's also deeply committed to developing sustainable models for society and our planet and to more diversity in tech. That's why she mentors young entrepreneurs through different initiatives and incubators. She is also an independent board member and advisor for startups/scale-ups or companies with technology challenges.
