- Roger began as an economist in the NZ Treasury, then joined British Airways in Corporate Planning. He joined Henley Business School to teach economics and strategy to senior managers and directors. In 2008, Roger became an independent behavioural economist and currently delivers seminars to business owners across the UK and abroad.
