Over the years, Valerie has a proven track record, in driving large scale business transformation, and shaping the cultural agenda to enhance organizational performance. Her purpose is to inspire teams across diverse cultures, empowering them to reach their full potential for business growth.
As a member of the board (and an Audit and Risk Committee member) for the International Red Cross Committee (ICRC) and as an external advisor to the International Olympic Committee (IOC), she contributes to governance and strategic oversight, adding value on the culture, people, talent and leadership agenda.
Valerie is also a passionate lifelong learner, teaching leadership programs at prestigious institutions like HEC Paris, Geneva and St Gallen.
